If you are planning on travelling distance to attractions, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for professional advice.

Blackpool Tower and Circus

Blackpool Tower, the country's most famous landmark, has seven floors of indoor entertainment, and an all inclusive price of À10 for an adult and À5 for a child or senior citizen. This is undoubtedly one of the best value days out around. Included is admission to the international Tower Circus. This year's show, always animal free, is the only circus to boast all award winning artistes. Mooky The Clown is back, with performers from all over the world. New for 2000 is a spectacular water finale, the like of which has not been seen for over a decade. This year's circus breaks with tradition by going into the Tower's record-books as being the first ever to be introduced by a ring mistress. Undersea world is home to creatures of the deep, and if the children want to let off steam then Jungle Jim's has a huge adventure playground with ball pools, slides and scramble nets. Also, families can enjoy a go on the Dinosaur Ride. No trip to the Tower would be complete without a ride to the Tower Top. Not for the faint-hearted is The Walk of Faith, an area of glass floor, where visitors can see straight down the promenade 380 feet below. Whether you enjoy Latin or old time dancing, the magnificent Tower Ballroom provides live music all day & evening. Blackpool Tower provides a Towerful of fun for all the family - you really can't visit Blackpool without visiting the Tower!
